Leichtes, handliches und leistungsfähiges Handjoch für die Magnetisierung von Bauteilen für die Anwendung der Magnetpulverprüfung. Das Handjochmagnet UM der Serie HANSA gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Sie unterscheiden sich in den Abmessungen des mittleren Polabstandes und in der Schenkellänge. Der Polabstand kann zusätzlich durch das Anbringen von Vorsatzpolen verändert werden. Es gibt Ausführungen für Wechselstrom (AC 230 V, AC 110 V oder mit Traformator AC 42 V) und Gleichstrom. Das Handjochmagnet UM-15 ist standardmäßig mit dreigliedrigen, beweglichen Schenkeln ausgestattet. Mit diesen können Polabstände (Mitte/Mitte) von 95 mm bis 245 mm eingestellt werden. Die Handjochmagnete entsprechen den Anforderungen von ASTM E709-21 und ASTM E1444/E1444M-21. Die Abreißkraft ist >27 kg / >265 N. Damit ist auch die Forderung von ASTM E 709-21 (mindestens 23,0 kg / 225 N) erfüllt.
